Ensuring that the artworks you purchase via ressamabdullahozel.com reach you safely and to your satisfaction is my priority. Please find the details regarding return and exchange processes below:
Right of Withdrawal and Return Period
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you may return the product you purchased within 14 days of delivery without providing any justification. To initiate a return, please contact me via the contact form on my website.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- No Damage: The artwork must be in its original state, with no physical damage, scratches, or alterations.
- Original Packaging: To prevent damage during transit, paintings must be packed exactly as they were delivered, using protective materials (bubble wrap, corner protectors, etc.).
- Invoice/Documents: The invoice or any documents sent with the product must be included in the package.
Shipping and Damaged Products
- Damage During Transit: I kindly request that you inspect the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery. If you detect any damage, please request a “Damage Assessment Report” and return the item without accepting delivery.
- Return Shipping Fees: For returns within the right of withdrawal, shipping costs are covered by me if sent via my contracted courier. If a different courier is used, the fee belongs to the sender.
Refund Process
Once the returned product reaches me and its compliance with the conditions above is verified:
- Approval: Upon approval of your return, the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method (credit card or bank account) within 10 business days.
- Bank Processing: The time it takes for the refund to reflect on your statement may vary depending on your bank’s internal procedures.
Exceptions (Custom Orders)
Returns are not possible for artworks created specifically at your request (custom sizes, specific subjects, or personalized signatures/dedications).
